Meet Brad
My work is grounded in the belief that the power to change is already within you.
Using a creative approach, I draw from hypnotherapy, transformational coaching, mindfulness, and body awareness to help clients create lasting change from the inside out. I’m especially interested in the relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind, and how greater awareness can help shift the patterns that keep people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
I believe healing and transformation happen when we work with the whole person—both mind and body. Whether someone is working through anxieties, fears, limiting beliefs, phobias, self-defeating habits, or simply feeling stuck in old patterns, the goal is the same: to help them reconnect with themselves and create new ways of thinking, feeling, and living.
My areas of extensive study include transformational coaching, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, breathwork and its effects on the nervous system, and the nature of human suffering. My work is influenced by the many great teachers I have studied with as well as Buddhist philosophy, the work of Carl Jung, and an extensive course of study in transformational coaching through the work of Martha Beck.
