Breathwork Sessions in

Encinitas & San Diego

Breathwork is one of the most direct ways to work with the body's nervous system — using the breath itself as a tool for regulation, awareness, and transformation.

My approach to breathwork, as trained by my teachers of the Our Breath Collective, is multidisciplinary and science-based. Not defined by one modality or method, our practices allow the breather to explore the effect that breath has on the chemistry of the body and the nervous system.

Using a full range of breath practices, you can better access and understand the shifts within the nervous system. This promotes a more intimate understanding of your various internal states and the impact on your overall well-being.
